Our Payment Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made for Vastu consultation and related services.

1. Payment Before Consultation

Unless otherwise agreed, the applicable consultation or service fee must be paid before the appointment or commencement of the service.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

2. Available Payment Methods

Payments may be made through the payment options available on our website, which may include:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Online Payment Gateways

  • Other payment methods communicated by our team

3. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, the client may receive a payment confirmation through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available communication methods.

Clients are advised to keep the payment receipt or transaction reference for their records.

4. Failed Transactions

If the payment amount has been deducted from your bank account but the booking is not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction details.

We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action.

5. Incorrect Payment

If a client accidentally makes an incorrect or duplicate payment, they should contact us as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.

Any refund or adjustment will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Service Charges

The applicable fees for consultations and other services will be communicated or displayed before the client confirms the booking.

Additional services not included in the selected package may be charged separately.

7. Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged according to the prevailing laws and regulations.

8. Payment Security

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not control the security policies or systems of external payment providers.

9. Changes in Pricing

We reserve the right to change service fees or pricing at any time. Any price applicable at the time of confirmed booking will generally apply to that booking.

By making a payment, the client confirms acceptance of the applicable service terms and policies.
